TA-5 has been sitting in Caloocan workshops since at least my second visit in 2004.
I suspect it's future is now bleak.

Caloocan workshops traverser.
It has been out of service for many years, so probably was here also. I noted them using some sort of tractor to move it during our 2023 visit.

Thankfully, this is one of the lucky ones that has been reactivated. However, that was probably a wasted effort as it has sat in Tutuban, stranded after the track to Caloocan was ripped up.
