Caloocan Part 7
Apologies for it taking so long to get around to this latest Caloocan installment, there has been a lot of Philippine hobby stuff going on behind the scenes and that has been taking up a lot of my time.
Ultimately, we hope these developments will be worth it for our local railfan hobby.

Due to the popularity of historic documents in an earlier installment, we have included some here again. We also have a look at the workshop back in 2009

The 'Passenger Car Division Office' inside Caloocan Workshops.
This office was later demolished and removed.

U14C General Electric locomotive 911.
She still exists in 2020, but is unlikely to be reactivated.

U10B General Electric 2518 has since been scrapped.

Meet and greet with Eng Besmonte at Caloocan Workshops.
Gave him a copy of our latest book.

A couple more images of the impressive machine shop area of the workshops.

This building was to the east of the smaller workshop at Caloocan.
It was once proposed as a possible location for a rail heritage base.
